Listing Rules & Publisher Policy

Only verified Agents, Agencies, Landlord/Owners, and Developers may publish listing data on DeltanHub. Buyer accounts are restricted from listing. Publishers assume full legal responsibility for the validity of the property descriptions, titles, pricing, and media uploaded under their profiles.
2. Optional & Custom Listing Attributes
In the list-property flow, the 'Additional details' parameters are optional. Publishers can select predefined standard parameters or append custom text fields for features not covered by standard options. Standard listings must not contain duplicate inputs.
3. Forbidden Listing Practices
Publishers must not submit inaccurate prices, outdated listings, duplicates, or properties they do not hold legal authority to sell or rent.
Property headers, descriptions, or media must not contain links to external competitors, dangerous protocols, or executable scripts.
4. Media Sanitization & Sizing Limits
Property media files must fit within platform size limits. All media must undergo sanitization upon upload to remove harmful embeds, scripts, or invalid file extensions. Uploading screenshots with competitor logos is forbidden.
5. Compliance Audit and Suspension
DeltanHub runs daily automated compliance checks and maintains a public report system. Listings found to violate these rules will be hidden, and publishers will be warned or blocked from posting future listings.
