Verification Policy
Last updated: August 15, 20261. Purpose of Role-Based Verification
To prevent fraudulent advertisements and establish a premium, high-integrity marketplace, DeltanHub requires all professional roles to verify their credentials. This policy ensures every listed property agent, agency, developer, and landlord represents an authentic, authorized entity.
2. Required Documentation by Account Role
Agents: Government-issued identification, active registration certificate from local real estate boards, and broker sponsorship letters.
Agencies: Corporate incorporation papers, company operating license, and corporate identity verification.
Developers: Trade registry extracts, building license proofs, and authorized signature documents.
Landlords / Owners: Proof of ownership (Certificate of Occupancy, deed of assignment, or similar legal documents).
3. Verification Workflows & Admin Controls
Verification documents are securely uploaded to private, RLS-protected folders on Cloudflare R2. Administrator accounts review these submissions. Admins are granted selected modular privileges to approve or reject verification requests from the frontend panel.
4. Fraud Detection and Auditing
If any submitted verification documents are determined to be counterfeit, altered, or misleading, the associated account will be instantly suspended, all listings hidden, and the details logged in our secure audit registry.
